I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. Mason made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Mayson Madden of Bulletroof. He had great communication and made the whole process of filing with insurance to get a new roof after wind damage easy and understandable. The crew who did the install was profession and did a quality job. We could not be happier with the results. -
Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.)
From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. Bulletroof's sales rep, Mayson Madden, and their Raleigh VP, James Marshall, were involved every step of the way.
Bulletroof made it possible for me to upgrade to a better quality shingle/total roofing system, GAF Timberline HDZ, at no additional cost to me. I did not want to put IKO Shingles back on my roof!
I was concerned about the use of contractors. James told me Bulletroof uses the same contractors all the time. They have to be trained and certified "GAF Masters Elite Roofing Contractors" in order for GAF's Manufacturer's Warranty to be in effect (I confirmed this in GAF's products brochure). The day of the job, Mayson and James were both on and off my roof and the crew supervisor was on site the whole time. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled. -
Our experience with BulletRoof was fantastic, one of the most straight-forward and easy home repair projects every. Mayson was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process as painless as possible. He even helped get all of the documentation needed for insurance to cover the costs of our new roof. We would definitely recommend BulletRoof and Mayson to anyone needing a new roof in the Triangle area.

I recently had a "Five-Star" experience with BulletROOF. From the beginning roof inspection to the final installation, the entire process was seamless. Tommy Faulk from BulletROOF managed the insurance claim, reimbursement payment and the installation. Mr. Faulk's expertise was invaluable to ensure the project was done properly. I have never dealt with any contractor that was more professional than BulletROOF and Tommy Faulk. Worked with BulletROOF in Apex, NC starting in June 2021 with the roof inspection that identified damaged shingles due to wind. They helped get the insurance claim started and once approved, we moved forward with a full roof replacement. We worked primarily with Mayson Madden who was outstanding in customer service, very responsive and explained everything along the way. The roof materials arrived in mid August and within 1.5 days a new roof was installed. Highly recommend the Timberline UHD shingles, they look fantastic in charcoal color. BlulletRoof did a new roof installation on my parents house and their work was excellent. Tommy was very professional and took time to educate us on the work he would be doing / materials used and the entire process. I recently had the pleasure of having Karl Bloom of BulletRoof in Raleigh North Carolina assist me in getting my roof replaced. Karl was extremely helpful through all the stages of getting it replaced after hale damage from a storm. He assisted us with everything from contacting the insurance company, working with the inspector, scheduling everything and even inspecting everything after the replacement was completed. Karl was literally a Rock Star helping us through everything every step of the way. BulletRoof as a company was also incredible and everyone else involved did outstanding work. Bulletroof has some very professional young men working for them. I didn't need their service, but I talked with Mayson and he was very relatable and warming to chat with. His co-worker, Garrett, is extremely knowledgeable. I didn't need the service, but didn't feel pressured. They helped teach me some things, too. I will definitely use them if I need it in the future.

BulletROOF worked with my insurance company to get this project going quickly. Once the claim was accepted it did take many months before roof was scheduled and completed. Communication with BulletROOF was spotty at best with mostly me asking them about status. When the crew did arrive they started quickly to protect my plants and bushes and worked quickly and you could tell they knew what they were doing. My roof was on in one day, as well as cleanup and removal of the waste dumpster.I would probably give 3.5 if I could.
