I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. Mason made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Mayson Madden of Bulletroof. He had great communication and made the whole process of filing with insurance to get a new roof after wind damage easy and understandable. The crew who did the install was profession and did a quality job. We could not be happier with the results.

Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.)
From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. Bulletroof's sales rep, Mayson Madden, and their Raleigh VP, James Marshall, were involved every step of the way.
Bulletroof made it possible for me to upgrade to a better quality shingle/total roofing system, GAF Timberline HDZ, at no additional cost to me. I did not want to put IKO Shingles back on my roof!
I was concerned about the use of contractors. James told me Bulletroof uses the same contractors all the time. They have to be trained and certified "GAF Masters Elite Roofing Contractors" in order for GAF's Manufacturer's Warranty to be in effect (I confirmed this in GAF's products brochure). The day of the job, Mayson and James were both on and off my roof and the crew supervisor was on site the whole time. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.

Your Reputable Spray Polyurethane Foam Roofing Company in Raleigh

Newly installed Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing in Raleigh's Commercial roof

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is an eco-friendly and affordable roofing option for commercial and industrial facilities. While spray foam roofing is not as well known and only accounts for 10% of commercial roofs, the technology has been around since the early 1960s. An SPF roofing system can be used in any climate, and can last over 50 years when properly maintained.

If you’re looking for commercial SPF foam roofing that is high quality, installed by experts, and competitively priced, BulletROOF® is here to help. We’re Raleigh’s number one commercial roofing company for both quality and value. You won’t find more thorough work at a better price anywhere. Give us a call today and we’ll answer all your questions or set up an appointment and give you an inspection.

We also specialize in different commercial roofs from multi-family, modified bitumen, single-ply membranes to flat roofs.

Spray Foam Installation

Before the installation can start, the existing roof needs to be prepped. Rather than stripping the existing roof, the contractor will most likely prepare the substrate by getting rid of all dirt, dust, and contaminants. This can be done with sweeping, brushing or air pressure.

The first layer put down by the contractor is the polyurethane foam. This foam is created by combining two liquids, a polyol and an isocyanate, as it’s sprayed onto the current roof.

When the liquid is sprayed onto the the existing roof, the foam then expands about 20x its size to form a solid and seamless surface. Thickness can vary between1 and 2 inches when it’s all said and done.

Benefits of SPF Roofs

The list of benefits of installing a spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system are quite long:

Energy Efficiency – The energy efficiency and roof insulation properties of an SPF roof can have significant energy savings throughout the lifespan of the building its installed on. Studies show that the average return on investment period for a new foam roof can be attained in only 5 years.

Durability – It is one of the most durable materials as the foam can expand and contract with the temperatures, therefore decreasing the likelihood of cracking.

Seamless & Waterproof – Since the SPF mixture is applied as a liquid, it can fill seams, cracks, and any gaps that currently exist on the roof. All vulnerable leak areas are removed since there are no joints or seams.

Cost of Spray Polyurethane Foam Roofs

On average, a commercial roof will usually cost around $4.00 to $7.00 per square foot to install a SPF system. This is including materials and labor. That said, pricing can vary based on size of roof, thickness of the foam that’s desired, roof access, slope, climate, warranty, and more.

Affordable Foam Roof System Installation

There are many reasons that we recommend foam roofing installation for commercial buildings. Simple and fast installation, of course, is one reason, but we also strongly recommend commercial foam roofing for many buildings because it’s the most cost-effective over time. It’s very affordable on the front end and saves you a great deal of money over time due to its seamless leak protection as well as its improved energy efficiency.

We are experts in all types of commercial roofing, and we can give you a solid professional opinion if an SPF roof is right for you. Give us a call today at (855) 766-3866!
