I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. Mason made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Mayson Madden of Bulletroof. He had great communication and made the whole process of filing with insurance to get a new roof after wind damage easy and understandable. The crew who did the install was profession and did a quality job. We could not be happier with the results.

Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.)
From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. Bulletroof's sales rep, Mayson Madden, and their Raleigh VP, James Marshall, were involved every step of the way.
Bulletroof made it possible for me to upgrade to a better quality shingle/total roofing system, GAF Timberline HDZ, at no additional cost to me. I did not want to put IKO Shingles back on my roof!
I was concerned about the use of contractors. James told me Bulletroof uses the same contractors all the time. They have to be trained and certified "GAF Masters Elite Roofing Contractors" in order for GAF's Manufacturer's Warranty to be in effect (I confirmed this in GAF's products brochure). The day of the job, Mayson and James were both on and off my roof and the crew supervisor was on site the whole time. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.

Professional Urethane Roof Coating Application in Raleigh

Urethane roofing coating installation services Raleigh

Urethane roof coatings are some of the strongest roofing materials on the market. They’re ideal for high traffic areas because they’re flexible, seamless, and durable. They expand and contract with your roof’s surface, so they don’t endure as much stress as the seasons change.

Urethane resists water pooling, is more impact-resistant, is easy to apply, and is affordable. It’s a great way to protect your roof and give it extra years of life without paying for a brand-new roof.

We also specialize in other roof coating services from flat to rubber roof coatings.

Why Install a Urethane Roof Coating?

A urethane roof coating provides you with flexibility and durability. It can withstand the seasonal changes of your roof without losing its strength, giving it a long life. It can also withstand heavy impacts and works well for roofs with high traffic. It’s water-resistant, so you won’t see the same ponding you see with other types of coatings, making it less slippery when it’s wet.

Urethane roof coatings will adhere to almost any commercial roofing surface, so it’s ideal for nearly every building and any purpose. You can apply them to EPDM, TPO, BUR, metal, modified bitumen, spray polyurethane foam, and single-ply roofs.

A urethane roof coating provides your building with the UV protection it needs. It’s highly reflective, and it will deflect the sun in the summer to keep your building cooler, lowering your air conditioning costs. This not only reduces your building temperature but can extend the life of the roof by protecting it from the sun’s harmful rays.

Types of Urethane Roof Coatings

There are two primary types of urethane roof coatings: aromatic and aliphatic. Aromatic urethane coatings are not UV stable, but they are less expensive than aliphatic coatings. Aromatic coatings are best used as a base coat before applying another layer.

Aliphatic urethane coatings are more expensive, but they hold color, stay clean, and are UV stable. They work great on top of an aromatic coating, so your roof stays cleaner and deflects the sun’s rays. Even more, it won’t collect water and will be resistant to daily traffic.

How to Apply a Urethane Roof Coating

Urethane roof coatings can be a challenge to apply, and they produce a strong odor. It’s best to leave the application process to a professional with the appropriate equipment. A urethane roof coating company can advise you on the best practices while they install your roof, which typically includes recirculating air from inside the building or turning your HVAC off completely while installation takes place.

It’s always important to clean your roof before a urethane roof coating is applied. A urethane roof coating contractor will ensure that all issues are fixed and holes are patched before the coating is installed. While urethane roof coatings are typically sprayed, if the equipment isn’t properly cleaned or maintained, there may be issues.

It’s also important to ensure that the installation goes quickly because once urethane roof coating materials are opened, they don’t last long. The solvent cures quickly, even in the container, so be sure to enlist the help of a professional. That’s where BulletROOF® can help.

Urethane Roof Coating Cost

As with any other roof coating material, urethane roof coating costs much less than a new roof. However, for an accurate inspection on your project, it’s best to give us a call. We can assess your roof and determine the exact cost for you.

Investing in a urethane roof coating will cost you a bit right now but not nearly as much as replacing your roof. It also saves you money in other areas of building maintenance. The bright white color reflects the sun and keeps your building cooler. This helps reduce your air conditioning bills.

The life these coatings add to your roof also prevents you from having to replace your roof as often, saving you even more money and providing you with a great value. When sprayed on, the liquid fills in seams, cracks, and vulnerable areas.

When the installation is done correctly, the operations in your facility won’t be interrupted for long, if at all, ensuring that you experience minimal downtime and revenue loss.

When it comes to restoring, protecting, and adding life to your commercial roof, urethane is one of the best coatings money can buy. Contact BulletROOF® to get professional advice on applying these coatings to your roof. Our professionals are trained and experienced in the application of urethane roof coatings and will be happy to provide you with the best services in Raleigh.
