I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. Mason made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! Highly recommend.

He had great communication and made the whole process of filing with insurance to get a new roof after wind damage easy and understandable. Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.)
From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. Bulletroof's sales rep, Mayson Madden, and their Raleigh VP, James Marshall, were involved every step of the way.
Bulletroof made it possible for me to upgrade to a better quality shingle/total roofing system, GAF Timberline HDZ, at no additional cost to me. I did not want to put IKO Shingles back on my roof!
I was concerned about the use of contractors. James told me Bulletroof uses the same contractors all the time. They have to be trained and certified "GAF Masters Elite Roofing Contractors" in order for GAF's Manufacturer's Warranty to be in effect (I confirmed this in GAF's products brochure). The day of the job, Mayson and James were both on and off my roof and the crew supervisor was on site the whole time. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.

The Types of Commercial Roofs We Install
Built-Up Roofs (BUR)
Most flat roofs you see on commercial buildings are built-up roofs (BUR). The roof isn’t truly flat; it’s engineered with a slope to ensure proper drainage. BUR roofing alternates fibers and bitumen with hot asphalt to create a system. This system protects your commercial building and serves as part of the building envelope.
Modified Bitumen Roof
Modified bitumen roofs can be installed with a hot or cold adhesive system. This is a great alternative when your commercial property requires low VOC (volatile organic compounds).
EPDM Roofing
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) roofing is a synthetic rubber used in commercial roofs around the world. It is incredibly durable and cost-effective. EPDM is available in both black and white varieties and comes in various thickness and width options. An EPDM roof will last up to 50 years.
PVC Roofing
PVC roofing is made from plastic and is a single-ply commercial roofing solution. The plastic includes less oil and petroleum than TPO and EPDM roofs and lasts for about 25 years. BulletROOF® can install, repair, and replace this type of roofing.
TPO Roofing
TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin. These types of roofs are made from a synthetic, polymer-based material called a single-ply membrane. If cared for correctly, they can last up to 30 years. We also specialize in SPF roofing services.
Roof Coatings
The purpose of a commercial roof coating is to improve the overall durability of your roof and increase its lifespan. We can spray or roll-on the coating material directly on top of your existing roof.
