We just got a new roof by BulletROOF® and would absolutely recommend them for your roof services. Tropical Storm Zeta dropped a tree on our house and left significant damage. The tree was removed the same day, and Tommy from BulletROOF® came by to check out our situation and tarp the roof. He spent several hours doing a complete inspection of the damage and of the entire roof and attic. He documented the damage with photographs and detailed descriptions. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate with the contractors we hired and explain exactly what needed to be done to repair the damage to our attic and siding. Tommy also negotiated with our insurance company which made the process so much smoother and less stressful. The terrific crew at BulletROOF® was able to install our new roof in one day!

BulletROOF® is the absolute best! I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy awhile back when he came to my door to offer a free roof inspection. Door knockers from roof companies are common and many of them you want to be cautious with as they might try to push for a roof replacement with cheap materials at high prices and even when your roof may still have useful life. However, Tommy was different. He was very polite, gave useful information, provided detailed pictures and videos, and suggested that I wait before getting a roof replacement. A year and a half later after keeping in touch, he replaced my roof with the highest quality materials (architectural shingles, roof vents, drip edge, great perma-boots, and warranty coverage) with an A-class roofing crew who got the job done in one day! My neighbor had low quality three-tab shingles and it took three days to finish. Not only were they able to install a top-tier roof at a good price, Tommy was able to work with my insurance company to get full coverage of a similar type roof! The entire process was smoother and more stress-free than I could have ever imagined.
